To be an effective leader we have to quit slacking off and start taking leadership of our life. One of the many ways we can display leadership in our life is through making necessary changes around our circle of influence.
I am a learner therefore I am a reader too. An organized bookshelf makes you feel much happier, hence I decided to organize the scattered books on my study table.
Putting them back into the tree shelf wasn’t a tumultuous task. However, if you’re a reader you’ll know that it can be daunting to select specific books to keep near you and sort the remaining books out to place somewhere else. After contemplating a bit, I decided to put 1–2 books from each genre on the shelf. I put the remaining stack of books on another shelf where I keep my other books.
The study corner in my bedroom looks much better after the organization of books. There is this sense of serenity and satisfaction which makes me want to cherish the moments spent in that corner. It was possible because I decided to take control of my life and organize it for good. Everyday leadership is pertinent to keep us content with our life which motivates us to excel on a larger level.
